ATC35L / ATC45L OIL DEFLECTOR #21
We use 6061 aluminium to make this Oil Deflector and it is CNC machined for perfect precision.
We have used aluminium to make ATC35L / ATC45L Oil Deflector as this material is lightweight and rather inexpensive. Besides it’s quite strong unlike plastic that is used for this detail.
Unlike plastic stock oil deflectors this one will not melt when the clutch pack wears out. This means you can keep your transfer case and just change the broken parts. It is much more durable and trouble-proof.
Why you should use our ATC35L/ATC45L repair part?
First of all you can find most of the other repair parts of transfer cases but you can hardly find a good oil deflector . And whatever you’ll find on the market is plastic. Besides they often make this repair part from reused plastic of bad quality. In addition most of oil deflectors are made in China.
As we already mentioned we use 6061 aluminium for our oil deflector to make it last much longer.
